Captains Meeting at 9:00

The Big Brothers Big Sisters Community Charity game will be held from 12:00 - 1:00. This is a great time for you to teach any people about how great Ultimate is here in West Texas.

There is one main loop around campus. Field 3 and 4 are located on the West Side of the “Mesa Building.” It is a fenced in field located right on the main loop. Fields 1 and 2 are located right next to the duck pond. I’m sorry I can’t give you an exact address. The small roads on this campus have not been officially named and therefore they aren’t exact on google maps. Please check my JPG attachment of where everything is.

The duck pond is the main(only) designated camping area. If you camp anywhere else you might be hit with the sprinkler system. Located at the Duck Pond are restrooms. Showers are located inside the Gym(also in the guide picture.)

You may have noticed that the fields are not directly connected. No worries, they are a less than 3 minute drive(you are certainly allowed to drive on and around our campus as much as possible, UTPB has no such regulations) around the loop, or a less than 5 minute walk straight over. We have tried our hardest to keep certain teams on certain fields so that they are not required to do much transportation or moving around.

While on university grounds there are to be no fires(burn ban), no alcohol, no drugs. Tell your team to act like adults. This is a charity tournament that has a lot of “good vibes” going for it. Lets not do anything to ruin that.

Remember, the after party Saturday Night will be held at Buffalo Wild Wings. They will start serving food at 7:30. Show up on time to get a seat for you and your crew! They are doing a tax free/discounted price for us for 12 wings, celery, a side, and a drink. That will be the “Equinox Tournament” special. If you decide to order regularly off the menu, inform your waitress.
